Hello, my name is David Vanwinkle I am the co-owner/CEO of American Pressure and Soft Washing LLC. I am from a small town in Centerville Indiana. I am the first in my family to start a business but not to take pride in my work. I have learned a lot from my family, like attention to detail, give more than you take, and always give my very best. After spending 2 years washing sidewalks, patios & hog barns I had accumulated enough knowledge and skill to take my passion to market. I have completed hundreds of residential jobs, dozens of commercial, and a project where we had 2 weeks to complete 5 hog barns. I spent nearly every waking hour on that project. Though that project was massive we approached it just like I will approach your job. Most companies skip over a crucial step that I do not. The prewash. Prewashing helps remove stuck-on mold and deep stains. This is a step we use on driveways, sidewalks, patios, and your home. Our main focus at APSW is your satisfaction.
